Manage clients and monitor firm work

Available

Use the tax-firm portal to manage client companies, staff access, recognition exceptions, audit records, templates, and tags.

When to use it

  • Create and maintain a client company
  • Assign staff and roles
  • Follow up recognition or high-risk activity

Before you begin

  • Sign in to the tax-firm portal
  • Have the relevant firm-level permission

How to use it

Start with follow-up clients, recent high-risk actions, and plan usage.

  2. 02

Open Client Companies & Portal Accounts to manage client lifecycle, ownership, and portal access.

  3. 03

    Maintain staff access

What happens next

Firm-level configuration and follow-up work stay separated from company-specific accounting records.

Good to know

  • Portal accounts do not consume firm staff-account quota.
  • Use audit records for investigation; do not infer business completion from a dashboard count alone.
