Profile, language, theme, and sign-out

Available

Maintain your visible profile and control how the current browser presents the product.

What this menu does

Keep personal display information and reading preferences separate from company master data.

Where to find it

Open the account menu in the top-right corner of any signed-in portal.

When to use it

  • Change the display name or avatar.
  • Switch between English and Chinese.
  • Switch light and dark themes.
  • End the current session safely.

Before you begin

  • Use an account issued for the intended portal.
  • Use a supported desktop or mobile browser.

Supported operations

Edit your profile

Purpose
Change the name and avatar shown in the product shell.
  1. 1

    Open the account menu and select Profile.

  2. 2

    Select Edit or choose an avatar file.

  3. 3

    Update the display name and avatar.

  4. 4

    Select Save; use Cancel to discard the draft.

Result

The shell updates the current account identity without changing client, firm, or legal company names.

Change the product language

Purpose
Read system labels in English or Simplified Chinese.

    Open the account menu.

  2. 2

    Choose English or 中文 in the language selector.

  3. 3

    Wait for visible labels to update.

  4. 4

    Continue working; user-entered business data remains in its original language.

Result

The preference is saved for the account when the session is valid and is also applied immediately in the browser.

Change the theme

Purpose
Use a light or dark visual theme without changing business data.

    Open the account menu.

  2. 2

    Select the theme control.

  3. 3

    Confirm the page contrast is comfortable in the current environment.

Result

Only the visual presentation changes.

Sign out

Purpose
End the current portal session before leaving a shared device.
  1. 1

    Finish or save in-progress work.

  2. 2

    Open the account menu and select Sign out.

  3. 3

    Confirm the portal returns to its login page.

  4. 4

    Close the browser when using a shared device.

Result

The server session is ended when possible and the local shell session is removed.

Business rules and fields

  • Profile changes belong to the user account, not to a client company.
  • Business data and names are not translated automatically.
  • Save edits before signing out.
