Invoice upload

Available

Upload supported invoice files and review batch and file-layer status without internal recognition details.

What this menu does

Provide a safe, client-facing handoff for invoice images, PDFs, and ZIP packages.

Where to find it

Client Portal navigation: Invoice upload.

When to use it

  • Submit one or more invoice files.
  • Replace an unclear file requested by the tax firm.
  • Review upload batch history and per-file status.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to the Client Portal.
  • Prepare PDF, JPG, PNG, or ZIP files no larger than 25 MB each.
  • Use readable files with visible dates, totals, and tax identifiers.

Supported operations

Upload invoice files

Purpose
Create a client upload batch for safe scanning and downstream processing.

    Select Upload invoices or open the actionable empty state.

  2. 2

    Drag files into the picker or choose them from the device.

  3. 3

    Resolve unsupported-type or over-25-MB validation before submitting.

  4. 4

    Select Upload invoices and keep the page open until the batch is received.

Result

The batch appears in upload history and files enter safe scanning and processing.

Review upload history

Purpose
Confirm whether a batch and its files were received or need action.
  1. 1

    Filter by batch number or batch status.

  2. 2

    Review upload time, batch status, file name, size, type, file status, and reason.

  3. 3

    Use Refresh while processing is ongoing.

  4. 4

    Reset filters or change page size when needed.

Result

The client sees file-layer progress only; internal recognition details remain in the tax-firm workspace.

Business rules and fields

  • Supported types are PDF, JPG/JPEG, PNG, and ZIP.
  • Each file must be 25 MB or smaller.
  • Upload received does not mean the invoice has been reviewed or confirmed.
  • The client does not see internal recognition confidence, models, or cost.

What happens next

  • The tax firm receives a traceable upload batch for further invoice processing.
  • A failed or unavailable file retains a business-readable reason for replacement.

The portal account, client service status, or upload access may be disabled.

Contact the tax firm using the normal support channel and provide the company name and visible error message.

Visibility and access

Client users see only their own company and client-facing tasks. Internal recognition details, model data, and tax-firm-only actions are not shown.
