What this menu does

Show the client only the work they need to complete, without exposing the tax firm's internal processing details.

Where to find it

Client Portal navigation: Home.

When to use it

  • Review a request for a clearer invoice file.
  • Open invoice upload.
  • Mark a re-upload task done after a replacement batch succeeds.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to the Client Portal.
  • The client company must have an active portal account.

Supported operations

Review a client task

Purpose
Understand which file the tax firm needs replaced and why.

    Open Home and review Tasks.

  2. 2

    Read the file name, re-upload reason, notified time, and status.

  3. 3

    Select Upload invoices and submit the corrected file.

  4. 4

    Return to Home only after the replacement batch is accepted.

Result

The corrected upload is available to the tax firm; the task remains pending until the client marks it done.

Mark a task done

Purpose
Close the client-facing reminder after the requested upload has succeeded.

    Confirm the replacement upload batch completed successfully.

  2. 2

    Return to the matching task on Home.

  3. 3

    Select Mark done.

  4. 4

    Verify the task leaves the pending list.

Result

The client task is marked done; this does not confirm the tax firm's internal invoice review.

Business rules and fields

  • The client sees only client-facing tasks for its own company.
  • Recognition confidence, model cost, and internal workflow fields are not shown.
  • Mark done only after a replacement upload succeeds.
