Enter the account email and submit the request.

- 2
Select it and choose the Google account bound to the IntelligentTax account.
- 3
Complete Google consent and any IntelligentTax MFA challenge.
- 4

The browser returns to the correct portal. Google sign-in is unavailable when the button is not shown.
Complete an MFA sign-in challenge
- 1
Open the authenticator app and read the current code, or locate an unused recovery code.
- 2
Enter the code in the MFA verification field.
- 3
Select Verify before the challenge expires.
- 4
Use Back only when you need to correct the email or password.

Common problems
The credentials are rejected.
The password may be wrong, the account may belong to another portal, or the account may be disabled or locked.
Confirm the portal and email, retry once, then use password reset or contact the administrator. Avoid repeated guesses that can extend a lock.
The MFA code is rejected or expired.
The authenticator code changed, the challenge expired, or a recovery code was already used.
Use the newest authenticator code. If the challenge expired, return to sign-in and start again; use another unused recovery code if necessary.
Google sign-in reports an unavailable or unbound account.
Google login is disabled, the Google account is not bound, or the account does not belong to this portal.
Use password sign-in and ask the administrator to verify the Google binding and portal audience.
