Common problems

What you seeWhy it happensWhat to do

The menu, client, or action is missing.

The employee role, client assignment, or current record status does not allow it.

Ask a firm administrator to verify the employee role and client assignment, then reopen the page.

A save or load action fails.

The session may have expired, validation may have failed, or the service is temporarily unavailable.

Refresh once, correct any field-level message, and retry. Keep the request identifier if the page provides one.

Visibility and access

The menu and actions follow the employee role and assigned client scope. Firm administrators can see firm-wide records; other employees see only their allowed scope.
