Search and review audit history

Set available actor, action, target, result, risk, and date filters.

Review the matching rows and reasons.

The audit evidence remains unchanged and can support follow-up.
Business rules and fields
- Audit history is read-only.
- The page is firm-scoped and still respects the authorized actor context.
- Sensitive values are not displayed in raw form.

What happens next
- Authorized staff can reconstruct a firm-side action trail without modifying evidence.
Common problems
The menu, client, or action is missing.
The employee role, client assignment, or current record status does not allow it.
Ask a firm administrator to verify the employee role and client assignment, then reopen the page.
A save or load action fails.
The session may have expired, validation may have failed, or the service is temporarily unavailable.
Refresh once, correct any field-level message, and retry. Keep the request identifier if the page provides one.
