Supported operations
Create or update a counterparty
- 1
Choose All, Customers, or Suppliers, then search by name or TIN before creating another record.
- 2
Enter Registered Name and complete 14-digit TIN; the page formats hyphens as digits are entered.
- 3
Select Customer, Supplier, or both. Add an address only when available from the source.
- 4
Keep VAT as Unconfirmed until evidence supports VAT Registered or Non-VAT, then save.
The counterparty is available to supported invoice and accounting forms.
Control future availability
- 1
Set Active or Inactive to control future selection.
- 2
Use deletion only after page confirmation and retain historical references.
- 3
When an identical deleted TIN is entered again, review the restored identity instead of creating a duplicate.
- 4
Open detail before changing a counterparty used by existing records.
The shared client-level identity remains usable without duplicate roles.

Common problems
The page is view-only or an action is missing.
The workspace is read-only, the employee lacks maintenance access, or the record status blocks changes.
Verify the client lifecycle status and your access with a firm administrator. Do not work around the restriction in another client.
A save, generation, or load action fails.
Business validation, missing source data, an expired session, or a temporary service problem can block the action.
Read the business reason shown on the page, fix the source data, and retry once. Preserve the request identifier when asking support for help.
