Review invoice, counterparty/TIN, ATC, base, rate, amount, period, data/evidence status, voucher, certificate, and filing.

Link an accepted file, edit in the owning invoice flow, or change period with a reason when the actions are available.
The EWT record has an explicit evidence and downstream-processing status.

Select Run reconciliation.
- 3
Review sources, totals, differences, blockers, and clean counts.

A versioned reconciliation run preserves differences and recorded dispositions.

Review coverage and select Generate for an eligible payee series.
- 3
Preview identity, monthly values, sources, and versions; download the current or selected version.

After external delivery, select Mark delivered, read the impact, add the delivery note, and confirm.
The certificate version and delivery status are recorded; the page does not apply an electronic signature or send it automatically.
Business rules and fields
- EWT applies to eligible input invoices.
- Confirmed EWT records freeze relevant ATC/version/rate/base/amount/period facts for accounting use.
- Changing a confirmed EWT after posting can create a controlled adjustment voucher rather than rewrite the posted voucher.
- Form 2307 freezes payor/payee identity and values at generation; later regeneration creates another version.
- Mark delivered records an external handoff; it does not send the document or create a signature.
States you may see
What happens next
- EWT remains traceable from invoice through voucher, reconciliation, filing, and certificate delivery.
Common problems
The page is view-only or an action is missing.
The workspace is read-only, the employee lacks maintenance access, or the record status blocks changes.
Verify the client lifecycle status and your access with a firm administrator. Do not work around the restriction in another client.
A save, generation, or load action fails.
Business validation, missing source data, an expired session, or a temporary service problem can block the action.
Read the business reason shown on the page, fix the source data, and retry once. Preserve the request identifier when asking support for help.
