Platform Users
Create and maintain platform operator accounts, roles, status, and password resets.
What this menu does
Control who can operate the platform administration console.
Where to find it
Platform Admin navigation: Accounts & Security → Platform Users.
When to use it
- Create or edit a platform account.
- Assign a fixed platform role.
- Enable or disable an account.
- Reset a forgotten password securely.
Before you begin
- Sign in to Platform Admin.
- The account must be allowed to view this menu.

Supported operations
Create or edit an account

Select Create account, or choose Edit on an existing row.

Enter a valid email, display name, and role.

For a new account, decide whether first login must change the temporary password.

Save and verify the list row.
The account is created or updated; a new account returns a one-time temporary password.
Enable or disable an account

Open More actions for the account.
- 2
Choose Enable or Disable.
- 3
Read the impact, enter the operation reason, and confirm.

Verify the new status in the row.
Disabled accounts cannot sign in; enabling restores sign-in subject to password and MFA checks.
Reset a platform password

Open More actions and select Reset password.
- 2
Confirm the account identity and reset impact.
- 3
Enter a reset reason and confirm.
- 4
Copy the one-time temporary password and close the result only after recording secure delivery.
The previous password stops working and the temporary password is shown once.
Business rules and fields
- Role assignment uses the platform's fixed role catalog.
- Passwords are never displayed in the normal account list.
- Every status or reset operation requires confirmation and a business reason.

- Platform operator access remains explicit and auditable.
Common problems
The menu or action is missing.
The account does not have the required platform access or the item is not available in the current state.
Ask a platform administrator to verify the account role and the record status.
A save or load action fails.
The session may have expired, validation may have failed, or the service is temporarily unavailable.
Keep the shown request identifier if present, refresh once, correct highlighted fields, and retry. Escalate with the request identifier if it repeats.
